1. When you visit the above website you will notice two tabs the Keyword Variations tab and the site-related keywords tab. Choose the Keyword variations tab.

2. Type in a keyword or keyword phrase. Make sure you uncheck the synonyms box. This will insure that you do a vertical brainstorm. The keyword that triggers any brainstorm is called a brainstorm seed word because it seeds a storm of keywords. This will give you a list of keywords along with the cost per click that advertisers are paying for the number one spot for those keywords.
