Make Big Bucks Blogging!

In the last few years, blogging has become a much more meaningful activity than simply maintaining a personal or professional diary online. Blogs have become an important source of quality content for sites and visitors all over the internet. As a consequence, good bloggers have begun to make some big bucks. Here’s how: Advertising. The quickest and easiest way to turn a blog into a money-making enterprise is to include advertising on your blog. This can be done with contextual ad programs like Google’s Adsense, or via affiliate programs such as those of Amazon.com and others. Also direct sponsorship of your blog by one or two sponsors can be a good way to earn money. Morph Blog Content into a Digital Product. Depending on the nature of your blog, there are often opportunities to package up the content and publish it in a digital form. This may include publishing of eBooks or creation of internet-based seminar programs. These are then sold/downloaded for a fee. Professional Blogging. As blogging has become more attractive to businesses and publications, they have sought individuals to maintain and operate their blog for them. In essence, they are looking writers that will create a column-by-blog. Blog-branded Merchandising. If your blog has developed a certain reputation, there may be an opportunity to sell blog merchandise bearing your brand and even content from your blog. Blog branded merchandise can include T-shirts, mouse pads, screen savers (which are downloadable) and other such goodies.
