Adding Links

The more links you have on your blog, the better. You can add pertinent links in the sidebar. Once again, go to the “Template” tab and scroll down until you see the following code:

This is the HTML code for the sidebar links. The yellow shaded code is the URL for the link. The green shaded code is what the person sees when visiting your blog. You will want the green code to be full of keywords.

For instance, if you are working with your Computer Security blog, you may want to link to http://www.cert.org/homeusers/HomeComputerSecurity/.

To do this, you would change one of the yellow highlighted fields to http://www.cert.org/homeusers/HomeComputerSecurity/ and then you would change the corresponding green field to something like Home Computer Security or any other combination of keywords.

The final code would be:
